摘 要:采用Barlat89和Hill48屈服准则的两种参数求解方法,即应力各向异性数据求解法和变形各向异性数据求解法,分别推导与轧制方向成不同角度的单向拉伸加载下的屈服应力值和各向异性指数,并与NUMISHEET2014提供的DP600材料的实验数据进行比较。结果表明,在两种求解方法中,应力各向异性数据求解法在预测不同加载方向上的屈服应力时较为准确;变形各向异性数据求解法在预测不同加载方向上的塑性应变比时较为准确;Barlat89屈服准则对DP600材料各向异性的预测比Hill48屈服准则更准确。Two solving methods of parameters for Barlat89 and Hill48 are adopted based on stress anisotropy data and deformation anisotropy data ,respectively .The yield stress and anisotropy index under uniaxial tension with different angles against rolling di‐rection are deduced ,and these results are compared with the experimental data of DP600 provided by NUMISHEET2014 .The re‐sults show that ,for these two methods ,the solving method based on stress anisotropy data is more accurate when predicting the yield stress in different loading directions ,and the solving method based on deformation anisotropy data is more accurate when predicting the plastic strain ratio in different loading directions ;Barlat89 is more accurate than Hill48 to predict the anisotropy of DP600 .
