摘　　要：地理国情普查是一项重要的国情国力调查,是测绘地理信息面临的又一新的重大发展战略,它既是对现有基础地理信息数据的整合、提取和加工,又是与其他专业部门业务数据的融合和集成。Arc GIS作为强大的主流地理信息软件,在全国第一次地理国情普查项目中发挥着不可或缺的作用。为此,文章探讨了Arc GIS软件的拓扑查错功能在地理国情普查中的应用,并以逻辑一致性检查和拓扑面分割检查为例进行了详细阐述,得出了相应的结论。Geographic National Conditions Investigation is an important survey for national condition and national strength,which is another important strategic for geomatics. It not only contains the integration, extraction and processing of basic geographic information data, but also contains the fusion and collection of data from other professional departments. ArcGIS as a mainstream GIS software plays an integral role in the first geographic national conditions investigation. This paper discusses the application of topology function of ArcGIS in geographic national conditions investigation, and gives a detailed account of the method with logic consistency and check of topologic surface division as examples. At last, the corresponding conclusions are obtained.
