摘  要:以天然鳞片石墨为原料,使用改进的Hummers法制取氧化石墨,再通过热膨胀剥离法制备石墨烯,使用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、循环伏安及恒流充放电测试对样品进行表征,结果表明,所得产品为1~2层的蠕虫状褶皱型石墨烯。在0.2下,石墨烯电极首次可逆比容量为1108 mAh/g,20次循环后可逆比容量稳定在780 mAh/g附近,在0.5下,首次可逆比容量为713 mAh/g,20次循环后可逆比容量稳定在520 mAh/g附近。With the natural flake graphite as raw material, the modified Hummers method was used to make graphite oxide. Graphene was then prepared by thermal expansion dissection. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), cyclic voltammogram (CV) and constant current charging-discharging were applied to characterize the samples. The results show that the product is a kind of 1-2 layer worm-like crumpled graphene. The initial reversible special capacity is 1 108 mAh/g at 0.2 . After 20 cycles, the reversible special capacity remains about 780 mAh/g. The initial reversible special capacity is 713 mAh/g at 0.5 . After 20 cycles, the reversible special capacity remains about 520 mAh/g.
