摘  要:建立远志酮类成分含量测定方法,考察光照强度对远志生长发育及酮类成分积累的影响。方法:待远志幼苗生长至8-10片真叶时,采用市售遮阴网分3组处理,包括自然光照组、单层遮阴网组(30%自然光照)和双层遮阴网组(10%自然光照),处理后第15 d,30 d和60 d分别采样测定酮类成分含量及相关生理指标,Graph Pad Prism 5和SPSS17.0软件作图分析。结果:短期遮阴能提高远志根部酮类成分和地上总黄酮含量,但长期遮阴后,远志根部酮类含量和产量均受到抑制;长期遮阴后叶面积和地上部分干重显著升高(P<0.05),而根干重显著下降(P<0.05)。强光照能提高远志药用部位酮类含量和产量,而遮阴能提高地上部分芒果苷含量。To establish a method to determine the content of xanthones in Polygala tenuifolia Willd. and study the effects of light intensity on growth and xanthones accumulation in Polygala tenuifolia Willd. The seedlings were under different treatments, including natural light group, single shading network group (30% natural light) and double shading network group (10% natural light) , collected after 15 d, 30 d and 60 d respectively, then detected the content of xanthones and physiology characteristics in Polygala tenuifolia Willd. The accumulation of xanthones were improved in the root of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. and the total flavonoids in the shoot of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. under the short shading condition. But on the long term shading condition, the accumulation and production of xanthones in the root of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. were both inhibited. Besides, leaf area and dry weight of the shoot were enhanced significantly under the long term shading condi- tion (P 〈 0. 05 ), but dry weight of the root was reduced significantly( P 〈 0. 05 ). The strong light is conducive to the accumulation of xanthones in the medicinal part of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. , but shading can enhance the content of mangiferin in the shoot of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. , which provides reference for the artificial cultivation and the medicinal resources development of Polygala tenuifolia Willd.
