摘 要:分析城郊型能化工业园区发展现状及主要问题,从规划实践视角出发探寻城郊型能化工业园区发展转型提升之路。以韩城市龙门经济技术开发区为实证案例,基于规划实践,展开以解决现存问题为导向的规划策略研究。针对城郊型能化园区存在的共性问题,从促进经济发展、协调城园关系、改善环境质量3个角度出发,提出集群创导、循环利用、布局优化、环境提升等4个方面的措施与建议。城郊型能化园区应以产业可持续发展为目标,针对促进产业升级、协调城园关系、提高环境质量3个主要任务,实施集群创导、循环发展、布局优化、环境提升等四大策略,有计划、有步骤地推进城郊型能化园区的健康可持续发展。Seeking the sustainable development of suburban eco-industrial park is one of the important issues of eco-industrial park planning and construction. Based on the analysis of the actual needs and the obstacles, elaborating the practical significance of the suburban eco-industrial park planning for the development of industrial parks three paths of coo-industrial park planning were proposed according to three ecological function zones, including ecological and economic development planning, ecological living environment construction planning and ecological environment protection planning. Suburban eco-industrial park planning and construction should not only ensure its own development and protect the ecological environment in the regional areas, but also solve the eco-industrial park development problems like" production-Habitat" separation, regional traffic chaos, industrial identical regional waste of resources and the fragmentation pattern of the status quo of ecology, coordinating the relationship of industry, society and environment.
