摘　　要：近年来,机械行业竞争越来越激烈,许多企业对生产效率和产品质量都提出了较高的要求。市场竞争要求产品既要质量好,又要成本低。使用工装夹具可以实现工件的快速装夹,减少辅助加工时间,降低加工成本。本文设计了一套小车床尾座加工的专用夹具,其特点是结构紧凑,操作迅速、方便、省力,可以保证较高的加工精度和生产效率。In recent years, it grows increasingly competitive in the machinery industry, therefore, many manufacturers raise higher requirements of productivity and quality. The best selling products need high quality and low cost. Assembly clamps can clamp work pieces efficiently, reduce the auxiliary processing time as well as lower the cost. A special clamp for small lathe tailstock, which is compact, fast, convenient and labor-saving is designed in this paper. The clamp ensures higher machining accuracy and productivity.
