摘　　要：使用30多年的混凝土排架结构老厂房,由于生产原因,原混凝土预应力鱼腹梁、工字形柱已存在多处安全隐患。为确保厂房的安全使用,经组织鉴定、设计、加固,满足了厂房的安全使用。厂房结构体系由混凝土排架结构转换为钢-砼组合结构,并同时按新规范增加了厂房柱间支撑、钢结构制动部分;原预应力鱼腹梁全部更换为钢结构行车梁;原厂房柱基通过在基础周围植筋,将基础底面扩大;原工字形柱,采用外包法,加固成矩形柱;并在上柱头与牛腿连接处,进行了焊接补强。改造实施后已使用2年,安全性能良好。The prestressed concrete fish-bellied beam and the I-shaped column of the concrete bent structure old workshop which has served for 30 years have got many security risks. After appraisal, design and reinforcement, the security of the workshop is ensured. The structure system of the workshop has been transformed from concrete bent structure to steel-concrete composite structure. And the braking part of column bracing and steel structure are added according to new standard. The original prestressed fish bellied beam has been replaced by steel crane beam structure. The original workshop column base bottom has been extended by embedding steel bars around the base. The original I-shaped column has been reinforced into rectangular column. The joint of the upper end and the bracket are welded. The workshop has served for two years since the reform with good security.
