摘　　要：运用主成分方法,对影响P2P平台能力的平均年化收益、投资人数、注册资金、地区背景等9个指标因素进行分析,再对分析结果聚类得到相关结论。结果表明:各类P2P平台发展状况各有优劣,发展潜力不同。红岭创投和陆金所发展状况领先大部分P2P平台,发展潜力良好,为投资主要参考目标。结论:运用主成分和聚类分析能够在一定程度上衡量P2P平台的综合能力,方法易于一般投资者使用,能够为投资者决策提供参考。This paper uses the method of principle component to analyze the 9 index factors of the average annual income, the number of investment, registered capital, regional background that affecting the capability of P2P platform. And the cluster of analysis results is carried out to obtain the relevant conclusions. The results show that the development status of all kinds of P2P platform has advantages and disadvantages, the development potential of them are not identical. The development status of Hongling Capital and Lufax run ahead of other P2P platforms. They have good development potential and are the main references for the investment objective. Conclusion： The application of principle component analysis and cluster analysis can measure the comprehensive ability of P2P platform in some extent. The method is easy to use by the general investors, it can provide the reference for the decision-making of the investors.
