重型货车关键参数对油耗影响的模拟分析

摘　　要：基于重型货车发动机试验数据和整车参数,以开发的燃料消耗量模拟软件为工具,分别对各货车车型在不同质量、空阻系数等参数设定下的工况燃料消耗量进行计算。各参数变化对燃料消耗量的影响程度并不一致,同时相同参数变化对车型在市区、公路和高速工况下燃料消耗量的影响也存在差异。通过对比计算结果,分析在相同的试验条件下质量等参数变化对货车燃料消耗量的影响程度,为重型商用车燃料经济性改善方向和效果评估提供参考。Based on engine test data and vehicle parameters,fuel consumption of heavy-duty trucks under different vehicle weights,air drag coefficients and other parameter settings were calculated by a simulation program. In general,different parameters have different degrees of influence on fuel consumption,and the same parameter also has different influence degrees on fuel consumption under urban roads,rural roads and highways. Based on the results,effects of the variation of parameters under the same conditions on fuel consumption,for example,vehicle weight,were analyzed. This study may provide reference for the improvement and evaluation of heavy-duty trucks＇ fuel economy.
