科技论文插图审核应注意的几个问题

摘　　要：科技期刊的插图是一种形象的语言,具有很强的明示作用,它可以反映论文各组成部分的某种联系和它们的量化关系。用实例分析了气象科技论文插图审核应注意的几个问题,指出应从插图的物理意义、物理量与单位的搭配以及版面的需求和美学的观点等方面审核插图,合理布局,和谐统一。从而使编辑有效地甄别插图错误,提高编辑效率和质量。Illustrations in a scientific and technical journal are often deemed as a visual language which is able to express certain connections and quantative relations of all components in an academic paper. Based on some cases,several problems worthy of attention during the review of illustrations in academic papers in the field of meteorology were presented. It is also pointed out that when reviewing an illustration,the physical significance,match status between physical quantity and unit,layout requirements and the aesthetic view should be examined to make a reasonable and harmonious layout. This would effectively help editors identify potential error（s）in illustrations to enhance both editing efficiency and quality.
