摘 要:近年来,随着经济全球化的深入推进,国际化旅游业呈现出新的阶段性特点,国际旅游业的蓬勃发展,相应的需要国际化旅游人才的大量涌现。同时,从本土化的角度加快国际化旅游人才培养已经成为越来越多的旅游行业专家关注的焦点和重点,尤其是在日趋激烈的国际旅游竞争之中,如何进一步优化国际化旅游人才的本土化,并且探索出最佳的本土化特色培养模式,已经摆在了我们的面前。本文试图通过简要分析当前国际化旅游人才的本土化特色培养,提出相应的意见建议。In recent years, with the fast development of the economic globalization, features of the international tourism come into a new stage, and with the flourish of the international tourism, large numbers of international tourism personnel are in great need. Meanwhile, accelerating the international tourism personnel training from the perspective of localization has become the key point and focus of more and more experts in the tourism industry.Especially when facing the increasingly acute international tourism competition, how to further optimize the localization of the international tourism personnel and how to explore the optimal training mode of the localization have been placed in front of us. This paper attempts to analyze the localization of the current international tourism personnel training, and to put forward corresponding suggestions.
