校企结合构建电力能源经济类人才培养体系

摘　　要：电力能源产业作为国民经济的基础产业,是我国现代化建设的战略重点之一,亦是当前我国国民经济建设的一大热点。要适应国家中长期电力、能源发展战略,社会必将对电力能源经济人才的需求非常迫切。而单凭高校一己之力,很难培养出合格的电力能源经济类相关人才,必须借助企业的专业技术力量和资源优势,走校企合作之路。本文提出校企结合构建电力能源经济类人才培养体系,并以上海电力学院经济学专业为例进行实践探索,阐述了人才培养模式的总体结构和人才培养定位、校企合作平台、实训中心建设、人才培养模式创新等内容,希望能够对我国相关领域本科人才培养起到借鉴作用。As the basic industry of national economy in China, electric power industry is not only one of the strategic focal points of the modernization, but also a hot topic of national economy development at present. In order to adapt to the nation＇s medium and long-term development of electricity and power, there must be an urgent demand for those talents who are related to electric energy economy of our society. However, it is too hard for universities to simply train related talents. We must take the road of school-enterprise cooperation by means of the companies＇ technical forces and advantages of resources. This paper establishes the electric energy economic personnel training system, takes the major of economics of Shanghai University of Electric Power for example to have practical exploration, and expounds the whole framework of personnel training mode, orientation of talent cultivation, platform of school-enterprise cooperation, construction of training center and the innovation of the model for cultivating talents, hoping to provide some inspiration and reference for undergraduate training plan in some relevant areas in China.
