摘　　要：正确处理政府与市场的关系是十八届三中全会关于全面深化改革的重点。测绘地理信息部门作为测绘地理信息公共服务的提供者和地理信息增值服务的监管者,应深入贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会要求,全面深化改革,处理好政府与市场的关系,促进测绘地理信息事业全面协调可持续发展。Correctly handling the relationship between government and market is the focus of the 3rd Plenum of the 18 th Communist Party on deepening the all-round reform. As the provider and supervisor of geographic information common service and value-added service,Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information department should further implement the decision of the 3rd Plenum of the18 th Communist Party,deepen the all-round reform,correctly handle the relationship between government and market,and boost the geographic information industry comprehensively,harmoniously,and sustainably.
