基于文献计量学的国际儿童肿瘤研究态势分析

摘　　要：目的从文献计量的角度反映儿童肿瘤研究的发展状况。方法本文以Web of Science数据库收录的儿童肿瘤研究相关的文献为研究对象,进行年代分布、地域分布、学科分布、研究热点等方面的计量分析,以探究儿童肿瘤领域的研究实力分布、研究热点与发展动态。结果通过文献计量分析发现儿童肿瘤的研究较为活跃,研究产出数量较多,美国等发达国家占据主动。我国在该领域的论文产出数量可观,但学术影响力有待提高。儿童肿瘤的研究涉及多个学科领域,已形成紧密协作的学科网络。研究的热点主要集中在儿童肿瘤患者的家庭护理研究、预后生存情况研究、儿童白血病的治疗研究、儿童肿瘤的遗传学研究、儿童实体瘤的治疗研究、儿童肿瘤的流行病学研究。结论各国对儿童肿瘤研究的不断重视和科研投入的不断加大,近年来儿童肿瘤一直是科学家研究的一个热点。中国在儿童肿瘤研究领域发展迅速,但还没有达到国际领先水平,仍需紧跟国际研究热点。Objective To analyze the development of pediatric oncology researches based on bibliometric analysis.Methods Literatures on pediatric oncology researches were retrieved from Web of Science for bibliometric analysis by year,region,discipline and research focus in order to explore research capacity distribution,research focuses and development trends in the field of pediatric oncology.Results According to bibliometric analysis,US and other developed countries were more active in pediatric oncology researches with more research outputs.China had a large amount of literature output but relatively low academic influence in the field of pediatric oncology.Many disciplines played a role in pediatric oncology researches with closely related discipline network.The research focuses in the field of pediatric oncology included family care,prognostics and survival,leukemia treatment,genetic research,solid tumor treatment and epidemiologic study.Conclusion There is growing attention and investment on pediatric oncology researches across the world and pediatric oncology remains to be a research focus in recent years.China has rapid development in the field of pediatric oncology researches but still falls behind international frontier and should follow international research focuses in the future.
