精神分裂症患者家属健康教育的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症住院患者陪护家属在病区的特殊时期进行健康教育的效果,提高其认知水平和合作能力。方法选取2012年6月~2014年5月在解放军第二六一医院住院治疗的分裂症患者家属共202例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各101例。对照组患者家属进行常规健康教育,观察组患者家属根据＂家属健康知识调查表＂测试结果制订个性化家属健康教育,比较两组家属陪护期间的非遵医行为和离院前健康知识测评结果和满意度。结果在离院前家属健康知识测评、满意度调查中,观察组家属优于对照组（P〈0.05）;家属在院期间的非遵医行为方面5类行为（配合非自愿治疗护理、督促按时作息、协助做好治疗和检查前后工作、配合病区安全管理、执行保护性医疗制度）明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论实施健康教育计划,有利于充分利用家属陪护期间与护理人员近距离正面接触的机会,帮助家属掌握精神分裂症健康知识,并改善其对诊疗的合作性。Objective To investigate the effect of health education on schizophrenic patients＇ relatives,to improve the cognitive and cooperative ability.Methods Two hundreds and two schizophrenic patients′relatives were randomly divided into observation group（n = 101） and control group（n = 101） according to random number.All the patients were enrolled from June 2012 to May 2014 in the 261 st Hospital of PLA.Personalized health education based on family health knowledge questionnaire were conducted for observation group,regular education were administered for control group.Non-compliance behavior,family health knowledge questionnaire score and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results Family health knowledge questionnaire score and satisfaction degree of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group,5 non-compliance behaviors（compliance to non voluntary treatment and nursing,regular rest,cooperate with treatment and medical examination,cooperate with wards safety management,implementation of protective care） were less than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Personalized health education for schizophrenic patients′ relatives can improve effective communication with nurses,provide schizophrenia knowledge for relatives and improve treatment cooperation.
