摘 要:采用漆酶-TEMPO体系对漂白硫酸盐浆进行氧化处理,分析了漆酶-TEMPO体系对纸浆纤维表面羧基含量、醛基含量、纤维形态以及成纸性能的影响,利用扫描电镜和红外光谱分析了纤维的结构变化。研究结果表明:纸浆经过漆酶-TEMPO体系氧化后,羧基含量和醛基含量都有所增加,醛基含量增加更为明显;纤维的长度、宽度没有明显变化,而纤维的粗度下降;氧化处理能够增加纸张的干抗张强度、湿抗张强度、环压强度和耐破度,尤其湿抗张强度提高较大,从1.34 N·m·g-1增加到2.23 N·m·g-1;氧化后纸浆纤维表面变得粗糙,纤维间结合力增加。Bleached kraft pulp was oxidized by laccase-TEMPO system. The effect oflaccase-TEMPO system on carboxyl group and aldehyde group content, morphology of oxidized pulp and paper properties were investigated, and structural changes of fiber was also analysed with SEM and FT-IR. It was found that carboxyl group and aldehyde group content of pulp fiber were increased through oxidation of laccase-TEMPO system, respectively, the increase of aldehyde group content was very obvious. The length and width of fiber had not significant change. However, the coarseness of fiber decreased slightly. The oxidation treatment of pulp with laccase-TEMPO system could increase dry strength, wet strength, ring crush strength and burst strength, especially, wet strength was increased obviously which was increased from 1.34 N'm'g-1 to 2.23 N'm'g-1. The surface of fiber became rough and interfiber bonding was enhanced after oxidative treatment of fiber.
