摘 要:对混合溶液法分离纸铝塑复合包装材料产生的废液进行循环回用,以甲苯、无水乙醇和水组成的混合溶液为铝塑分离剂,考察了铝塑分离剂消耗的影响因素,铝塑分离后的废液所具有的循环回用性,并以此为基础探讨废液循环回用的工艺,最后对分离量与分离剂消耗进行相关性分析。结果表明:分离剂的消耗主要来自于铝塑分离时塑料及铝箔对分离剂的吸附作用;分离废液的可回用性随上层溶液在回用中的消耗逐渐降低,但前3次回用废液依然具有较高的直接回用价值;废液只需要其中的甲苯的体积分数超过原液中的体积分数,则可以使分离废液获得与原液几乎相同的分离效果,而废液与原液性质差距较大,并不能对原液中的组分进行完全的替代;分离剂的总消耗量及上层溶液消耗量与分离量具有较好的线性关系,可以使用各自拟合的经验方程为分离剂的补充提供依据。The reuse of waste liquid in the separation of aluminum-plastic composite in packaging was studied in this present work. The mixed solution, toluene, anhydrous ethanol and water, were proposed and used as separation agent. The factors of separation agent consumption and the recycling performance of waste liquid after separation were both analyzed, and on the basis of the recycling performance, the reuse methods of waste liquid were researched. At last the correlation analysis of the separation amount and separation agent consumption. The results showed that the separation agent consumption mainly was caused by the adsorption to aluminum foil and plastic. The recycling performance of waste liquid was depressed with the consumption of upper solution, but the waste liquid still had the recycling performance for 3 times recycling. The waste liquid which has more volume fraction of toluene than original agent could obtain almost same separation effect as the original agent, and because of the large different in properties between the waste liquid and original agent, the waste liquid could not replace ethanol or water completely. The consumption of separation agent and upper solution really has a linear relationship, and their fitting equation could be used to provide a basis for separation supplement.
