摘  要:将羟丙基壳聚糖(HPCS)、CPAM及PAE树脂通过交联制得HPCS-CPAM-PAE复合物,探讨其对废旧瓦楞纸浆的助留助滤效果,并与CPAM及HPCS/CPAM/PAE混合物的效果进行比较。结果表明:HPCS-CPAM-PAE复合物具有良好的助留助滤作用效果,当用量为0.5%(质量百分比,对绝干纸浆)时,浆料的单程留着率达到95%,滤水量达到最大值;并且其助留助滤效果优于CPAM和HPCS/CPAM/PAE混合物。并对该复合物的助留助滤作用机理进行了初步探讨。This work mainly discussed the usage of HPCS-CPAM-PAE complex as a retention and drainage agent. The retention and drainage agent were prepared with hydroxypropyl chitosan (HPCS), CPAM and PAE resin through the cross-linking reaction was compared with CPAM and HPCS/CPAM/PAE mixture on retention and drainage performance. The results showed that retention rate is 95% and drainage volume reaches 237 mL in 10 s when the addition of HPCS-CPAM-PAE complex is 0.5%, and the retention and drainage properties of OCC pulp with HPCS-CPAM-PAE complex addition were improved compared with that of CPAM and HPCS/CPAM/PAE mixture. Action mechanism of HPCS-CPAM-PAE complex was preliminary discussed.
