摘　　要：立足我国经济发展转型诉求,提出基于创新链视角的科技人才新分型思路。在深入分析各类科技人才创新协同机制的基础上,重点剖析创新要素集成流动及创新价值传递转换机理。最后,系统地给出了适应我国经济转型发展要求的科技制度及政策配给调整建议。Foothold on the transformation appeal of the economic development in our country,this article put forward a new typing thought of science technology talents based on perspective of innovative chain,and on the basis of deep analysis of innovation cooperative mechanism in all kinds of science technology talents,focus on the analysis of the innovation elements integrated flowing and innovation value transfer conversion mechanism.Finally,systemically present the technological institutions and policy rationing adjustment suggestions which can adapt to the development of China＇s economic transformation development requirements.
