摘 要:研究了波形钢腹板箱梁的剪切屈曲特性。基于有限元数值模拟结合相关屈曲理论的方法,计算了波形钢腹板的临界屈曲应力,并与相应理论公式计算所得的各类屈曲应力结果进行对比。同时,改变波形钢腹板的主要几何参数尺寸,研究各种几何参数对波形钢腹板箱梁剪切屈曲性能的影响。研究结果表明:波形钢腹板箱梁的临界屈曲应力与波高基本无关;波形钢腹板的直板段水平长度不应设置过大,以防止结构发生局部屈曲失稳;适当增大波形钢腹板的水平折叠角可以有效防止结构发生整体屈曲失稳;增大腹板厚度可以有效提高结构的抗屈曲性能,特别是抵抗局部屈曲失稳的能力;腹板高度过高时结构容易发生整体屈曲失稳。Shear buckling property of box girder with corrugated steel webs was studied. Finite element method( FEM) and related theory of buckling were applied to calculate critical buckling stress of box girder with corrugated steel webs,which was compared with various buckling stress calculated from theoretical equation.The main geometrical parameter dimensions were changed to study their effect on shear buckling property of box girder with corrugated steel webs. The results show that critical buckling stress is irrelevant to the height of wave. Horizontal length of the straight section shouldn't be too long to prevent the structure from local bucklinginstability. Enlarging horizontal folding angle appropriately can prevent the structure from global buckling instability. Increasing web thickness can improve buckling resistance of the structure,especially local buckling instability resistance. Excessive height of webs can result in global buckling instability.
