摘 要:不同前处理方法测得Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn等微量元素含量存在差异。为比较分析不同方法对4种元素测定结果及其数据间的关系,本文利用洛麦22和开麦20两个不同品种小麦籽粒,探究了浓硫酸-双氧水、浓硝酸-双氧水、浓硝酸-高氯酸和维生素C-盐酸浸提4种前处理方法对小麦籽粒中微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn提取量的影响,并进行了数据转换分析。分析结果表明:4种前处理方法提取量变异系数均较低,且准确度差异明显;浓硫酸-双氧水法对两个品种小麦籽粒铁、锌提取量均显著高于其余3种方法,但锰提取量最低;维生素C-盐酸浸提法的铁锌提取量最低,但铜提取量最高;浓硫酸-双氧水、浓硝酸-高氯酸以及浓硝酸-双氧水法测得Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn含量间可通过相应关系进行数据转换。Concentrations of trace elements,such as Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn,extracted by using different pretreatment methods were varied. In order to compare and analyze the variation and relationship among different extracted methods,grain of two different varieties of wheat,Luomai 22 and Kaimai20,were used to explore extracted effects on Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn elements of wheat grain of four kinds pretreatment methods of H2SO4-H2O2,HNO3-H2O2,HNO3-HClO 4and Vc-HCl. And relationship of obtained data of four methods was analyzed. The results show that the coefficients of variation of four pre-treatment methods are low,but significant differences in accuracy is detected. The extracted affect on Fe and Zn of H2SO4-H2O2 significantly is higher than other methods,while Mn concentration is the lowest. Vc-HCl is the best way to extract Cu,but Fe and Zn are on the contrary. And the concentration of Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn can be converted among HNO3-H2O2,H2SO4-H2O2 and HClO 4-HNO3 methods.
