单/双区加热拉伸变形机处理的拉伸变形丝及其织物的性能

摘　　要：利用单加热器、双加热器纤维拉伸变形机制备假捻拉伸变形丝,并对拉伸变形丝织物的拉伸、折痕恢复、磨损及透气性能进行测试。结果表明,利用双加热器纤维拉伸机制备的改性拉伸丝织物的悬垂性能、折痕恢复性能及透气性能都优于利用单加热器纤维拉伸机制备的拉伸丝织物。False twist draw-textured yarns were prepared using single heater and double heater of the texturing machine. Fabrics were prepared using these yarns as weft and fabrics were tested for handle,crease recovery,abrasion and air permeability. The results revealed that double heater draw-textured yarn-fabrics manufactured using primary as well as secondary heater can produce fabrics with better drapability,crease recovery and air permeability as compared to stretched yarn fabrics.
