摘 要:选用凉感尼龙长丝与同规格常规尼龙长丝,用圆纬机编织成纬平针和罗纹型复合组织针织物,经染色后整理成光坯织物,测试分析其热湿传导性能、透湿性能、芯吸性能和透气性能。试验结果显示,与常规尼龙长丝针织物相比,凉感尼龙长丝针织物的热阻、克罗值、湿阻小,导热系数大,具有较好的热传递性能和湿传递性能,且热湿传递性能与织物组织结构有关。Both cool and common polyamide filament were selected to produce plain and rib based double weft knitted fabrics. After dyeing and finishing,the fabrics comfort properties of heat-moisture conductivity,permeability and moisture conductivity,wicking capability and air permeability were tested and evaluated. The experimental results showed that the properties of thermal resistance,CLO value,humidity-resistance of the cool polyamide filament knitted fabrics were smaller than that of common fabrics,but larger in coefficient of heat conductivity. The cool polyamide filament knitted fabric had a better heat and moisture transmission performance. There were relationships between the heat transfer performance and fabric structure.
