摘　　要：当今社会恐怖主义威胁日益严重,依靠某个部门的单兵作战已经不适应维护国家安全的需要,特别是"9·11"事件以后,世界各国普遍认识到情报共享、联合作战的重要性。FBI作为美国重要的执法力量和情报机构,将任务重点转向预防和打击恐怖主义,将反恐情报共享作为一项重要战略,形成一套比较完备的反恐情报共享机制。通过在情报共享依据,跨部门合作,共享技术与能力,共享管理框架等几个方面对FBI的反恐情报共享机制进行探究,从而为我国公安机关的反恐情报共享提供借鉴。The threat of terrorism is increasingly serious in today＇s society. The traditional way of relying on the individual combat fails to adapt to the needs of safeguarding state security,especially after the ＂ 9·11＂ event,the importance of intelligence sharing and joint operations gained universal popularity around the world. As the important law enforcement force and intelligence agency,FBI is shifting its focus to prevent and combat terrorism; it regards anti-terrorism intelligence sharing as an important strategy and has developed a set of anti-terrorism intelligence sharing mechanism. This article explores the intelligence sharing mechanism of FBI from several aspects of its basis,interagency cooperation,technology and ability and the relative governance framework,thus provides useful reference for anti-terrorism intelligence sharing of public security organs in China.
