摘　　要：采用调查问卷的形式对国内企业的产业竞争情报需求情况进行调查。将产业竞争情报划分为竞争对手情报、技术竞争情报、市场竞争情报与政策法规情报四大类并细分小类,对每一类别的产业竞争情报的需求及特点进行调查分析。结果显示,我国企业对产业竞争情报的需求具有行业差异显著、类型多样、目标明确的特点。研究结论可以为各类竞争情报供给机构有针对性地提供竞争情报产品和服务提供参考。This paper investigates the industry competitive intelligence demand of domestic enterprises by questionnaire and interview. The contents of industry competitive intelligence are divided into four categories with more subcategories,which include competitor intelligence,competitive technology intelligence,market competition intelligence,and policies and regulations intelligence. The paper analyzes the demands and characteristics of industry competitive intelligence of each category. The results show that there are significant differences of the characteristics for enterprises＇ competitive intelligence demands,varying with industrial background; the demands have diversified types and clear objectives. The research results can help competitive intelligence agencies to provide products and services of competitive intelligence more effectively.
