政务网络信息生态链中的可信云服务维度构建

摘　　要：随着云计算服务在政务网络信息生态链中的普及应用,其处理政务数据与信息的低成本与高效率优势日益显现。然而,取代本地资源架构的云服务架构导致政务网络信息生态链中服务流与信息流运作主体发生变化,进而造成了政务网络信息生态失衡。从业务功能维度、数据管理维度和权益保障维度构建了政务网络信息生态链的可信云服务,使政务网络信息生态实现了高效率、低成本(生态经济性)与高稳定、低风险(生态服务性)的再平衡。The popularization and application of the cloud computing service in government network information ecochain bring the advantage of low cost and high efficiency in processing data and information. However,replacing local resources framework with cloud service framework leads to the changing of the main operation bodies of service flow and information flow of government network information ecochain,and then causes the imbalance of government network information ecology. This paper builds trust cloud service of government network information ecochain from business function dimension,data management dimension as well as rights and interests dimension,thus makes government network information ecology to realize a rebalance of high efficiency,low cost（ ecological economy） and high stability,low risk（ ecological service）.
