摘　　要：农业信息服务难以针对性解决农业生产管理中的问题,农业经营主体迫切希望提供面向问题解决的农业情报服务。引入认知心理学的问题解决理论,分析农业问题类型并比较农业信息服务与农业情报服务的特点,从信息到知识的转换、需求与供给的匹配、效率与效益的统一三个方面阐述面向问题解决的农业情报服务路径,并论述以用户问题需求为导向,融入用户问题情境,形成问题解决方案的农业情报服务策略。Based on the problem-solving theory in cognitive psychology,the paper analyzes the essence of the problem-solving process and the agricultural problem categories. The agricultural intelligence service characteristics are elaborated in three aspects of information-to-knowledge transformation,the match of demand and supply and the unity of efficiency and benefit. And the approaches to agricultural information service based on problem-solving are proposed from the aspects of analyzing the users＇ problem demand,integrating with the problem situation,and forming the problem-solving strategy.
