摘 要:目的了解高致病性禽流感病毒在肇庆市职业暴露人群中的感染状况及其在环境中的分布情况。方法采集禽类职业暴露人员血清标本,用马血球血凝抑制试验(HI)检测H5N1禽流感病毒抗体;采集外环境标本,用实时荧光定量PCR检测A型流感病毒。结果 2011-2013年共采集职业暴露人员血清标本560份,H5N1抗体均为阴性;402份环境标本,阳性89份(阳性率22.14%),H9亚型51份(占57.30%),H5亚型6份(6.74%),H7亚型1份(1.12%),未分型20份(22.47%),混合型11份(12.36%)。活禽市场阳性率远远高于规模养殖场。结论肇庆市职业暴露人群尚未发现感染高致病性禽流感H5N1病毒;环境存在禽流感病毒的污染,H9亚型是主要的病原体;应当加大对活禽市场禽流感病毒监测的力度。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the infection condition of highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza(HPAI) virus in poultry-exposed population and its distribution in the environment in Zhaoqing. Methods The serums were collected from the population and examined by horse haemagglutination inhibition(HI) tests. Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR methodology was employed to detect the influenza virus from environmental samples. Results It was found that 560 serums were negative from 2011 to 2013. And 89 out of 402 environmental samples were positive with a positive rate 22.14%. The number of positive samples for H9, H5, H7, mixed type and unclassified type were 51, six, one, 11 and 20, respectively. The positive rate in live poultry markets was much higher than that in poultry farms. Conclusion The population was not found to be infected by highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 virus. The environment was contaminated with avian influenza A virus. And H9 was the prevailing subtype. Surveillance of bird flu virus on the live poultry markets should be strengthened.
