摘　　要：目的了解重庆市在校大学生对环境健康的知识、态度和行为(KAP)现状并分析影响因素,为大学生环境健康教育提供参考意见。方法选取重庆市大学城5所高校的1 500名在校大学生进行自填式问卷调查。问卷内容包括调查对象的一般情况和环境健康的KAP水平。运用单因素方差分析、Pearson等级相关、多元线性回归等方法分析大学生环境健康KAP得分及影响因素。结果全体大学生KAP得分分别为:(8.43±1.76)分、(6.17±1.26)分和(3.47±1.09)分。不同学校、专业、年级和月生活费的大学生间K得分,不同性别、学校、专业和年级的大学生间A得分和不同月生活费的大学生P得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示KAP三者间存在相关关系。多元线性回归分析结果显示K主要受性别和学校的影响,A主要受性别影响,P的主要影响因素为月生活费和平时获得环境健康知识机会的多少。结论大学生环境健康KAP水平有待提高,尤其应加强艺术和师范院校学生及平时生活水平较高的男生的环境健康教育。Objective The aim of this study was to assess knowledge-attitude-practice（KAP） of environmental health among undergraduate students, in order to explore the possible influencing factors and provide useful information for environmental health education towards undergraduate students. Methods One thousand and five hundred undergraduates were recruited from five universities in Chongqing university city to respond to the questionnaires. The scores of KAP were analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson rank correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. Results The means of KAP scores among undergraduates were： 8.43±1.76 points, 6.17 ±1.26 points and 3.47 ±1.09 points. The knowledge and attitude scores were both statistically significant among different universities, majors, and grade of students（P〈0.05）. Correlation existed between each KAP scores with correlation coefficient. Both the knowledge and attitude were mainly affected by gender, behavior, monthly living cost and the opportunity to obtain the knowledge of environmental health. Conclusion Knowledge-attitude-practice（KAP） of environmental health among undergraduates should be further improved, especial for the undergraduates of art and normal university, and male undergraduates with high monthly living cost.
