癌症儿童主要照顾者资讯需求量表修订版本的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的对台湾癌症儿童主要照顾者资讯需求量表(SINCCC)进行修订,并在内地癌症患儿主要照顾者中检测其信效度。方法抽取155名被试对量表进行项目分析和信效度的检验。经专家咨询和主要照顾者的深度访谈删减部分条目。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)考察效标效度。结果项目分析和内容效度检验剔除条目,最终形成由5个因素共30个条目组成的癌症儿童主要照顾者资讯需求量表修订版,量表总的Cronbach系数为0.947,标准化后为0.948,聚敛效度和分殊效度良好,探索性因素分析结果满足原量表假设(特征根大于1,解释方法比率总计63.41%),总量表具有良好的区辨效度(F=7.21,P<0.01),与SAS得分呈正相关(r=0.28,P<0.05)。结论修订后量表具有良好的信度和效度,能够作为评估内地癌症患儿主要照顾者对疾病相关资讯需求程度的工具。Objective The study aimed to revise the Scale of Information Needs for Caregivers with Cancer Children（SINCCC） from Taiwan and to test its reliability and validity by surveying the major caregivers of cancer children in China's Mainland. Methods A total of 155 subjects were selected to participate in project analysis and reliability and validity determination of the Scale. Parts of the items were deleted based on in-depth interviews between experts and the caregivers. The criterion validity was tested using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）. Results After deletion of certain items based on project analysis and content validity test, the revised SINCCC containing 5 factors and 30 items was completed. The overall Cronbach coefficient of the Scale was 0.947, and was0.948 after standardization. Convergent and differentiation validities were satisfactory. The result of exploratory factor analysis was consistent with the hypothesis of the original scale（characteristic root 〉1, total ratio of interpretative approaches=63.41%）. The overall scale exhibited good discrimination validity（F=7.21, P〈0.01） and was positively correlated with SAS score（r=0.28, P〈0.05）.Conclusion The revised Scale shows good reliability and validity, and is suitable for the evaluation of the level of needs for disease-related information among major caregivers of cancer children in China's Mainland.
