摘　　要：行为决策(Behavioral Decision-Making,BDM)主要是探讨人们决策方法与原因的描述性和解释性研究相结合的一种理论。目前大部分研究者已不再关注"理性决策"的不足,而是更加专注于为决策者提供有实际意义的决策工具。本文主要介绍行为决策的起源、发展、研究范式及医学中的应用现状,并分析其应用前景。Behavioral decision-making discusses people＇s decision-making methods and reasons by the combination of descriptive and explanatory study. Presently, most researchers no longer focus on the shortcomings of ＇rational decision-making＇, but on providing practical tools for decision makers. This paper mainly introduce the origin, development, paradigm, and the current application of behavioral decision-making in medicine, and analyze its application prospect as well.
