摘 要:目的探索现阶段新兵生理健康教育适宜的内容和形式。方法整群抽取1 350名新兵,自编问卷调查其生理健康知识需求;设置干预组和对照组,干预组由课题组依据需求调查设计、实施教学干预,对照组按传统健康教学模式进行干预;问卷测量干预组、对照组生理健康知识水平,评估干预效果。结果除"戒除劣习"以外,其他8维度健康知识的需求率均达到85%以上;干预组生理健康知识得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在"健康促进行为"、"膳食营养与卫生"、"训练伤防治"维度上,干预组得分显著高于对照组;不同学历、籍贯和性别的干预组新兵,生理健康知识得分差异显著。结论依据新兵生理健康知识需求,结合现代健康传播的理论和方法改进、完善健康教育内容和形式,能有效提高新兵生理健康教育效果。Objective This study was to explore appropriate scope and form of physical health education to recruits. Methods 1350 recruits were surveyed with self-made questionnaire to determine the needs of physical health education. Recruits were assigned to a control group, which was taught in traditional mode, or to an intervention group, which received health education according to demand survey. Two groups were examined to evaluate the effect of the two teaching modes. Results Except for the dimension of bad habit removal, the demand rate for other 8 dimensions of health knowledge reached 85%. Score of intervention group was much higher than the control group on physical health(P〈0.05). Scores of following dimensions in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group: health promotion behavior, dietary nutrition and health, and training injury prevention and treatment. Sex,hometown and education background have great influence on physical health knowledge in the intervention group. Conclusion According to recruits' demand on physical health education, we combined modern theory and methods with health communication to improve the teaching scope and style. This study showed that the new teaching mode was efficient to improve the physical health education of recruits.
