摘  要:介绍了目前国内JCOE生产线钢管倒棱机的3种布置方式及其优缺点。重点介绍了第1种布置方式(即采用同一轴线上的2个床头箱移动对钢管两端同时进行倒棱,钢管用横移小车接送的布置方式)倒棱机的传动系统、自动化控制、安全连锁保护等方面的设计特点,以及其生产效率等。实际应用表明:所设计的钢管倒棱机布置较科学,结构合理,控制准确、精度高,生产效率高,能满足生产要求。Described in the article are the three arrangement types of the chamfering machine currently used by domestic JCOE pipe production lines, and advantages and disadvantages of each type. Focused on is the first arrangement type of the machine which involves that chamfering of both ends of one pipe are being conducted simultaneously and separately by the two headstocks as moving long the same axis, and that the pipe is charged and discharged by the transfer car. And also elaborated are details of the design characteristics of the main aspects of the chamfering machine arranged as above mentioned, including the drive system, the automatic control and the safety- interlinking protection mechanism, etc. The production efficiency of the machine is mentioned, too. The actual operation result demonstrates that the chamfering machine is in possession of such advantages as scientific and reasonable arrangement, proper structure, precise control, high accuracy and high production efficiency, being capable of meeting the production requirements.
