摘 要:探讨了影响火花源直读光谱分析法测定无缝钢管成分准确度的主要因素,通过分别采用不同物理状态的样管,以及对样管采用不同测量位置进行的分析,证明:该分析方法测定无缝钢管成分时,影响准确性的主要因素是钢管成分的不均匀性。保证测定准确性的试样最佳测定位置与钢管壁厚有关,壁厚大于仪器激发孔直径的钢管选择钢管管端位置分析;壁厚小于仪器激发孔直径的钢管,选择从外壁到内壁方向的1/2~3/4位置分析;超薄试样应在试样上压一块钢样以便传热。Discussed in the paper are the major factors which may affect the accuracy of seamless steel pipe detection with the spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry. Reference pipes with variable physical conditions are analyzed with different measurement positions. As a result, it is identified that when using the above mentioned spectrometric detection method to test chemical composition of the seamless steel pipe, the capital factor affecting the measurement accuracy is the heterogeneity of the pipe's composition. The optimum measurement position to ensure measurement accuracy of the pipe is related to the pipe's wall thickness. In case of pipe with thickness more than the agitating hole caliber of the meter, the pipe end is used as the position for the analysis, while for pipe with thickness less than the hole caliber, a position as 1/2~3/4 of the pipe thickness measured from the outer surface towards the inner surface is used as the position for the analysis. And when an extra-thin specimen is used, a piece of steel specimen has to be put upon it for easy heat conduction.
