摘 要:目的建立母丁香气相色谱特征指纹图谱的分析方法及质控标准。方法采用HP-FFAP毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),载气为N2,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,分流比10∶1,进样量为1μL,对10批样品进行了分析;采用Agilent Mass Hunter Qualitative Analysis B.06.00质谱工作站,NIST MS Search 2.0质谱库对各共有峰进行指认。结果 10批母丁香共鉴定出7个共有峰,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2009版)对其特征性图谱进行分析,显示10批母丁香样品相似度均在0.90以上。各共有峰相对保留时间较稳定,相对峰面积差异较大。结论母丁香特征图谱专属性较强,可用于母丁香药材的鉴定及质量控制。Objective To establish the gas chromatography(GC) for the quality control of Fructus Caryophylli.Methods The GC analysis was performed on a HP-FFAP column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)with nitrogen as the carrier gas.The flow rate was set at 1.0 m L·min-1,split ratio was 10∶1,and the injection volume was 1 μL.Ten batches of Fructus Caryophylli samples were analyzed by the GC method,and were identified by Agilent Mass Hunter Qualitative Analysis B.06.00 and NIST MS Search 2.0 system.Results Among 10 batches of Fructus Caryophylli samples,7 common peaks were defined.Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM(2009)was used to analyze the 10 batches samples,and the results showed the fingerprint similarity of the10 batches of samples was more than 0.90.The common peaks had stable relative retention time,but had different relative peak area.Conclusion The developed characteristic chromatograms method is reliable and accurate,which can be applied to the quality control of Fructus Caryophylli.
