广东土牛膝的专属性鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的建立广东土牛膝药材的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层鉴别方法,对10批广东土牛膝药材进行薄层鉴别,并对多个含广东土牛膝药材的复方制剂进行薄层鉴别,同时验证该方法的可行性和适用性。结果建立了专属性强的广东土牛膝药材薄层鉴别方法,10批药材有4个共有斑点,在4个复方制剂中同样检出相同的4个斑点,阴性无干扰。结论该方法操作简便、适用性好,适用于药材及复方制剂中广东土牛膝的定性鉴别。Objective To establish the thin layer chromatography method for Eupatorium chinense Linn.,and to provide experimental basis for quality control of the preparation of Eupatorium chinense Linn.Methods Ten batches of Eupatorium chinense Linn.were identified by thin layer chromatography,and several compound preparations were also identified.The feasibility and applicability of the thin layer chromatography were also verified.Results We established a strongly specific thin layer chromatography for Eupatorium chinense Linn..Four common spots were detectable in 10 batches of Eupatorium chinense Linn.,and the same four common spots were also detectable in the four compound preparations without interference in negative control.Conclusion The established method is simple,reliable and with good applicability,and it is suitable for the quality control of Eupatorium chinense Linn.and its compound preparations.
