金线兰灰霉病发生初报

摘　　要：灰霉病是金线兰生产中出现的一种新的重要病害,本研究对该病症状进行了观察,并通过病原形态鉴定、rDNA-ITS序列分析及致病性测定鉴定其致病菌为灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)。针对该病的发生危害特点,提出了相应的防治措施。Gray mold is a new important disease on Anoectochilus roxburghii.The symptoms of the disease were observed and its pathogen was identified as Botrytis cinerea Pers.based on morphology,analysis of ribosome rDNA-ITS sequences and pathogenicity.According to the occurrence characteristics of the disease,the corresponding control measures were proposed.
