摘　　要：血液是抢救患者生命不可替代的特殊资源。向临床提供安全、有效的血液,保障患者生命安全是血站的根本职责。输血科是确保足量贮血,做好血液供应,以满足临床和急救用血需求的服务窗口。近年来,临床用血量不断攀升,采供血机构压力不断增大,部分地区血液甚至供不应求。Blood transfusion was a special clinical treatment with nearly hundred years history and it has gradually developed into an independent discipline-transfusion medicine science.Transfusion medicine has developed rapidly in recent years which is manifested in the great progress in formulation of laws and regulations,identification of blood type,update of the concept of blood transfusion,the application of component blood transfusion mastery in transfusion requirements（understanding of restrictive strategy or opening strategy）and other aspects.This paper mainly introduces the research progress in restrictive strategies of transfusion.
