温中止泻贴敷脐辅助治疗小儿泄泻的疗效观察和护理

摘　　要：目的:观察中药敷脐辅助治疗小儿泄泻的临床疗效。方法:96例泄泻患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予补液对症等常规治疗与护理,治疗组在此基础上给予温中止泻贴敷脐治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组在大便次数、大便性状、大便常规恢复正常时间较对照组明显缩短,疗效高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗加用温中止泻贴敷脐治疗小儿泄泻,大便次数、大便性状、大便常规恢复正常时间较对照组明显缩短,疗效好,起效快,操作方便,副作用小,易于接受。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine on umbilicus in adjuvant treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods： 96 cases with diarrhea were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,the control group was given routine treatment and nursing care of rehydration, treatment group was treated on the basis of Wenzhong Zhixie sticking umbilical therapy, compared 2 groups of curative effect. Results： The treatment group in stool frequency, stool traits, stool returned to normal time was significantly shorter than the control group, the curative effect is higher than that of control group, the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In addition to conventional treatment for Wenzhong Zhixie sticking navel in the treatment of infantile diarrhea, stool frequency,stool, stool routine recovery time shortened obviously has good curative effect, fast acting,convenient operation, the side effect is small and it＇s easy to accept compared with the control group.
