摘  要:[目的]探讨嘧菌酯对番茄植株生理特性的影响。[方法]通过田间试验,以品种"齐研矮粉"的番茄为材料,用不同质量浓度的嘧菌酯对番茄植株进行喷雾处理,施药3次,研究叶片内生理生化指标的变化。[结果]在嘧菌酯的作用下,叶片中的叶绿素较对照均显著增加,SOD和CAT括性均有所提高,丙二醛含量显著减少,其中以2337.5 ga.i./hm^2处理效果最好。[结论]喷施嘧菌酯可显著影响番茄植株的生理特性,增强抗逆性,为嘧菌酯的合理使用以及其机理的深入研究提供一定的理论依据。[Aims] The aim was to explore the effects of azoxystrobin treatment on the physiological characteristics of tomato plants. [Methods] The field experiment was carried out with "Qiyanaifen" as experimental material, different concentrations of azoxystrobin were sprayed on tomato plants for three times and the changes in physiological and biochemical characteristics of the leaves were tested. [Results] The results indicated that the application of azoxystrobin makes chlorophyl content increased significantly compared with the control, in addition, the activities of SOD and CAT increased and the MDA content reduced significantly. When the dosage of azoxystrobin was 337.5 g a.i./ha, the effects were the most significant. [Conclusions] The spraying of azoxystrobin can improve the physiological characteristics of tomato plants and enhance the resistance. This research provide a theoretical basis for the reasonably use of azoxystrobin and further study of the mechanism.
