摘  要:[目的]研究氯胺嘧草醚原药对大鼠的亚慢性毒性和最大无作用剂量。[方法]根据GB 15670—1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》,按0、62、250、1 000mg/kg剂量开展90 d喂养试验。[结果]高剂量组雄鼠总蛋白、白蛋白以及球蛋白值明显升高;中高剂量组雌鼠及高剂量组雄鼠心、肝等脏器湿重及脏器系数明显升高;中高剂量组大鼠肾小管上皮细胞混浊肿胀、水样变性。[结论]大鼠90d亚慢性经口最大无作用剂量:雌77.37 mg/kg,雄73.55 mg/kg,推荐ADI值为0.073 mg/kg。[Aims] The subchronic oral toxicity and maximum no observed effect level ofchloramine pyriminobac-methyl technical material on rats were studied. [Methods] Rats were fed by oral for 90 d at the dose of 0, 62, 250, 1 000 mg/kg according to toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration(GB 1567(k-1995). [Results] The total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) and globulin (GLOB) of male rats in the high dose group increased significantly. There were significant increases in the wet weight and organ coefficient of female rats in the middle, high dose groups and male rats in the high dose group. Pathological changes of renal tubular epithelial cells such as cloudy swelling and hydropic degeneration, ect were observed in the high dose group rats. [Conclusions] The subchronic oral maximum no observed effect levels (90 d) were 77.37 mg/kg for female rats, and 73.55 mg/kg for male rats. In addition, the ADI value was recommend to be 0.073 mg/kg.
