摘 要:[目的]采用高效液相色谱-紫外法(HPLC-UV)建立测定蔬菜中螺虫乙酯残留的分析方法。[方法]蔬菜样品用乙腈提取,氨基固相萃取柱净化,HPLC-UV法检测。[结果]螺虫乙酯在0.05~10 mg/kg范围内呈良好线性,相关系数≥0.999 3;螺虫乙酯的检测限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.03、0.05 mg/kg。在0.05、0.1、0.5 mg/kg三个添加水平下,平均添加回收率为80.6%~97.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.8%~8.9%。[结论]采用该方法对市售蔬菜进行检测,蔬菜中螺虫乙酯的残留量均低于定量限。[Aims] A high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector (HPLC-UV) method for determination of spirotetramat residues in vegetable samples was developed. [Methods] The spirotetramat residues were extracted from vegetable samples with acetonitrile, cleaned up by NH2-SPE, and then determined by HPLC-UV. [Results] The method showed good linearity with the correlation coefficient ≥ 0. 999 3 when the concentration ofspirotetramat ranged from 0.05 to 10.0 mg/kg. The limit ofdetection(LOD) and the limit ofquantification(LOQ) for spirotetramat were 0.03 and 0.05 mg/kg, respectively. As the spiked levels of 0.05, 0.1, 0.5 mg/kg, the average recoveries of spirotetramat were between 80.6 and 97.1% with the relative standard deviations ranged from 5.8 to 8.9%. [Conclusions] The spirotetramat residues in vegetable samples were lower than LOQ.
