摘  要:[目的]明确丙硫菌唑对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果。[方法]采用盆栽法测定丙硫菌唑原药对黄瓜白粉病的室内毒力,并在田间进行制剂药效试验。[结果]83%丙硫菌唑原药对黄瓜白粉病具有良好的防治效果,其活性略高于95%苯醚甲环唑原药;田间试验中40%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂的90 ga.i./hm^2剂量处理对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果优于10%苯醚甲环唑可分散粒剂在180 g a.i./hm^2的防治效果。[结论]40%丙硫菌唑悬浮剂对黄瓜白粉病具有良好的防治效果,且对黄瓜生长安全,对环境和非靶标生物无不良影响。[Aims] The paper aims to confirm the efficacy of prothioconazole against cucumber powdery mildew. [Methods] The indoor toxicity test on cucumber powdery mildew was assessed by the pot .methods and one of formulations was studied against the same disease in field. [Results] The results showed that prothioconazole 83% possessed good efficacy against cucumber powdery mildew, which was significantly better than 95% difenoconazole. The efficacy of proline 40% SC against cucumber powdery mildew at the dosage of 90 g a.i./ha was better than difenoconazole 10% WG at the dosage of 180 g a.i./ha in field trails. [Conclusions] Proline 40% SC possessed good efficacy against cucumber powdery mildew. It was safe to cucumber growing, environment and non-target organisms at the test dosage.
