摘  要:为掌握长平煤矿选煤厂圆筒煤仓仓下部分瓦斯分布规律,了解其主要影响因素,依据质量、动量、组分守恒定律建立数学模型,采用Fluent软件对其进行模拟分析。研究表明:由于内砼檐结构的影响,煤仓仓下通风不畅,当环境风力等级较低或冬季通风窗关闭后,仓下部分处于微风状态,瓦斯浓度普遍超过安全浓度范围,严重影响选煤厂的安全生产。该研究有利于深入认识圆筒煤仓仓下瓦斯积聚原因和分布规律,为选煤厂及时制订安全防范措施提供理论依据。To grasp methane distribution in reclaiming area of silo in Changping mine coal preparation plant and its influence factors,a mathematical model was built according to the laws of mass,momentum and component conservation,and Fluent was used to simulate and analyze methane distribution. The result indicates that methane concentration is more than safety limit due to interior concrete eaves,when air velocity is low,or windows are closed in winter,which affects seriously normal safe production. The research result is helpful for coal enterprises to know the reason and law of methane accumulation in reclaiming area coal silo in the preparation plant,and to support to draw up safety and protection system basically in time.
