摘　　要：上海市长宁区作为首个国家"治未病"预防保健服务试点区,2009年起,在区政府领导下积极开展中医预防保健服务平台建设。本文通过介绍长宁区试点的医疗机构-社会养生保健机构联动模式构建的过程与实施要点,提出"区域中医预防保健服务平台"的构建思路,并提出进一步深化改革的机遇与挑战。As the first national“preventive treatment of disease”preventive healthcare service pilot, Changning District in Shanghai has carried out the construction of TCM preventive healthcare service platform under the guidance of district leaders from 2009. By introducing the construction process and implementation key points of the pilot linkage patten of medical institution and social healthcare institutions in Changning District, this article put forward the construction ideas of “Platform for Regional Traditional Chinese Medicine Preventive Healthcare Service”, and further proposed challenges and opportunities for deepening reforms.
