摘  要:基于GSM/GPRS无线通讯技术设计了生物安全洁净室压差实时监测系统,该系统使用了ATmega128单片机作为通讯装置主控芯片,结合RS485串行总线技术、GSM/GPRS无线通讯技术和Fame View软件编程技术实现了洁净室压差实时监测。着重对系统抗干扰能力和通讯可靠性进行了加强,在洁净室压差不符合规定时监测系统能通过发短信的方式提醒相关洁净室人员做好及时防护。研发的装置及系统已在现场试运行,证明了该监控系统实现的有效性和可行性。Real-time on-line monitoring device and system for room pressure of biosafety clean room was designed based on GSM/GPRS wireless communication technology. The ATmega128 microcontroller was used as the main con- trol chip,combining with the RS-485 serial bus technology,GSM/GPRS wireless communication technology and FameView software programming technology achieved room differential pressure detection of biosafety clean room. Measures have been taken to strengthen the anti-interference ability and communication reliability, when the clean room differential pressure was not in conformity with the provisions a eellphone text message would be sent to re- mind relevant laboratory staff timely. The device and system has been run in field trial,proved the effectiveness and feasibility of this monitoring system.
