TLR-5单核苷酸多态性与鲍氏不动杆菌感染相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究鲍氏不动杆菌感染和TOLL样受体成员TLR-5单核苷酸多态性之间相关性,为探讨鲍氏不动杆菌感染的早期预防提供理论依据。方法调查2010年1月-2012年11月402例鲍氏不动杆菌感染患者为试验组,385例非感染患者为对照组,对两组患者血液标本进行TLR-5受体6个SNP位点检测,对各基因位点基因型频数、等位基因频数及单倍型分布情况进行比较和分析,采用SPSS10.0进行数据处理。结果 TLR-5基因的两个SNPs(rs1341987和rs1640827),不符合哈迪-温伯格平衡,其余4个SNPs位点符合哈迪-温伯格平衡,多元logistic回归分析显示这些SNPs多态性和单倍体型在病例组和对照组差异无统计学意义。结论 TLR-5基因SNPs位点的多态性与中国人群中鲍氏不动杆菌感染无关。OBJECTIVE To determine the association of the member of TOLL-like receptors,TLR-5polymorphisms,with Acinetobacter baumanii（Ab）infections,so as to provide theoretical reference for early prevention of Ab infection.METHODS Totally 402 Ab infected patients during Jan.2010 to Nov.2012 were collected as the experimental group and 385 patients who collected from the same ward without infections were collected as the control group.The six SNP sites of TLR-5receptor detected in the blood samples,the genotype frequency,allele frequency and haplotype distribution were compared and analyzed.The software SPSS10.0was used for data processing.RESULTS Of the six SNPs of TLR-5gene,four SNPs were in Hardy-Weinbeg equilibrium and two（rs1341987and rs1640827）were not.The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that TLR-5SNP polymorphisms and haplotype showed no significant difference between infected patients and the control group.CONCLUSION The study suggests that TLR-5SNP polymorphism is not related to Ab infections in Chinese population.
