摘 要:目的分析患者泌尿生殖道感染解脲脲支原体对抗菌药物的敏感性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2013年10月妇产科、泌尿外科门诊送检的解脲脲支原体培养阳性3 280例患者的临床资料及药敏数据,采用WHONET进行统计分析。结果不同性别泌尿生殖道感染患者解脲脲支原体对米诺环素、多西环素均有很高的敏感性,敏感率〉90.0%;2008-2013年解脲脲支原体对左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素、交沙霉素、罗红霉素、氧氟沙星、司帕沙星的敏感率均有下降趋势,敏感率降低13.0%~68.1%,且女性患者下降趋势更为明显;解脲脲支原体对左氧氟沙星、司帕沙星则随着年龄增长药物敏感率有明显下降趋势。结论解脲脲支原体对米诺环素、多西环素有很高的敏感性,不同性别、不同年龄患者解脲脲支原体的药物敏感率差异较大,经验用药应避免使用喹诺酮类药物,治疗时应根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物,以防止耐药菌株的增加和播散。OBJECTIVE To summarize the drug sensitivity of Mycoplasma urealytiumin patients with genitourinary tract infections from 2008 to 2013,so as to provide evidence for clinical rational use of antibacterials.METHODS The drug sensitivity and clinical data of M.urealytiumin 3 280 patients with positive culture from the department of gynecology and the department of urinary surgery in the WHONET software database from Jan.2008 to Oct.2013 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS M.urealytiumin patients of different genders with urogenital tract infections had high sensitivity rates to minocycline and doxycycline,with the sensitivity rate〉90.0% respectively,while the sensitivity rates to levofloxacin,azithromycin,josamycin,roxithromycin,ofloxacin,sparfloxacin showed a downtrend respectively,with sensitivity rates decreased by 13.0% ~68.1%,and the downtrend was more obvious in female patients.The sensitivity rates of M.urealytiumto levofloxacin and sparfloxacin showed a downtrend respectively along with the increase of age.CONCLUSION M.urealytiumhas high sensitivity rates to minocycline and doxycycline,and there is an obvious difference in sensitivity rates of M.urealytiumin patients of different genders and ages.Quinolones should be avoided in empirical treatment,and clinical treatment should be based on the drug susceptibility test for reasonable selection of antibacterials so as to prevent the drug-resistant strains from increasing and spreading.
