急性视网膜坏死的病原学检测及临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解急性视网膜坏死综合征患者的临床特点,探讨聚合酶链反应技术在病毒检测中的临床应用价值,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2013年12月-2014年9月在医院就诊的急性视网膜坏死综合征患者5例作为试验组,同期住院的单纯孔源性视网膜脱离患者5例作为对照组,对比两组患者临床指征,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行分析。结果试验组患者中单纯-疱疹病毒2型感染1例,感染率为20.0%,水痘-带状疱疹病毒感染2例,感染率为40.0%,巨细胞病毒感染1例,感染率为20.0%;对照组5例患者中均未检测出病毒;利用PCR技术对急性视网膜坏死的患者进行玻璃体液检测可明确致病病毒。结论应用聚合酶链反应技术检测急性视网膜坏死综合征患者的玻璃体液标本,结果准确可靠、灵敏度高、有助于临床上对该病的诊断。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with acute retinal necrosis syndrome and explore the clinical value of polymerase-chain-reaction technique in detection of viruses so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS Totally 5patients with acute retinal necrosis syndrome who were treated in the hospital from Dec 2013 to Sep 2014 were assigned as the experimental group,and 5patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment who were hospitalized during the same period were selected as the control group.The clinical indications were observed and compared between the two groups of patients;the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS17.0software.RESULTS In the experimental group,1case was infected with type 2herpes simplex virus（HSV-2）with the infection rate of 20.00%,2cases were infected with varicella-zoster virus with the infection rate of 40.0%,and 1case was infected with cytomegalovirus with the infection rate of 20.0%;while no virus has been detected from the 5patients in the control group.The use of PCR technique for detection of vitreous humor samples from the patients with acute retinal necrosis could define the pathogenic viruses.CONCLUSIONThe polymerase-chain-reaction technique is reliable and highly sensitive in detection of the vitreous humor samples from the patients with acute retinal necrosis syndrome,and it may contribute to the clinical diagnosis of the disease.
