摘 要:目的探讨酸性氧化电位水对外科术后切口感染的影响,为临床预防切口感染提供依据。方法选取医院外科2014年1-10月择期行手术治疗的120例患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例,观察组采用酸性氧化电位水消毒切口,对照组用传统方法5%聚维酮碘消毒切口,比较两组患者切口感染和切口不良反应,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果观察组切口感染1例,感染率为1.67%,对照组切口感染2例,感染率3.33%;观察组的刺激灼痛、红肿热痛发生率均为1.67%,明显低于对照组的15.00%和13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);共分离5株病原菌,其中3株革兰阴性菌,2株革兰阳性菌。结论采用酸性氧化电位水进行切口换药清洗消毒有利于预防切口感染和减轻切口不良反应,提高患者的舒适度,值得临床应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of the electrolyzed oxidizing water on the postoperative surgical incision infections so as to provide guidance for clinical prevention of incision infections.METHODS A total of 120 patients who underwent elective surgeries in surgery department from Jan 2014 to Oct 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group with 60 cases and the control group with 60 cases.The observation group was given the electrolyzed oxidizing water for the disinfection of the incisions,while the control group was treated with the conventional 5% povidone-iodine for the disinfection of the incisions.The incidence rates of the incision infections and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups,and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS 13.0software.RESULTS The incision infection occurred in 1case in the observation group with the infection rate of 1.67%;the incision infections occurred in 2cases in the control group with the infection rate of 3.33%.The incidence rate of amyctic causalgia of the observation group was 1.67%,significantly lower than 15.00% of the control group;the incidence rate of painful swelling of the observation group was 1.67%,significantly lower than 13.33% of the control group(P〈0.05).Totally 5strains of pathogens have been isolated,including 3strains of gram-negative bacteria and 2strains of gram-positive bacteria.CONCLUSIONAs used for the drug dressing,cleaning,and disinfection of the incisions,the electrolyzed oxidizing water is conducive to the prevention of the incision infections and the reduction of incidence of adverse reactions,improving the comfort of the patients,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
